Villa Valencia is a private gated community in the Biltmore area. The homes feature granite and xeriscaping. They also have a community pool in the center of the neighborhood. One stand out feature is the fountain that is on the outside of the community near the entrance. There are small patches of turf near the common areas of the community. There are a variety of cactuses, shrubs and desert trees that the community has to add color and texture to their landscaping.
