Also, I wanted to mention once again what an amazing job Juan and his crew do for DBL here at Diamante. I have to say I have never ever worked with or encountered (even after working with three different landscape companies) another person as good as what he does as Juan. Please share this with the owner of the company. I know how hard it is in this economy to find and hire people that truly know how to do their job and are also conscientious about their work. That just does not happen much these days. If there is any possible way to give this crew a raise, it would be well worth the investment. Great employees are what make a company and the frontline workers often get overlooked but their work is what creates the customer satisfaction that keeps business growing. I know times are tight for a lot of businesses (my husband’s included) but employees should always come first – especially the excellent one’s like Juan and his crew.
